Received some great information from Alex at http://www.euro-audi-parts.com in regards to oil and coolant lines needed for Garrett K26/T04E turbo in a UrS4...see below:

Oil Feed Line:
Tap the filter housing with 1/8" NPT
1/8" NPT to AN-6 Adapter - $3.19
AN-6 120 Degree Hose End - $23.10
AN-6 Braided Hose - $6.60 per foot
AN-6 90 Degree Hose End - $20.31
1/8" NPT to AN-6 Adapter - $3.19
Remove the stock oil feed line from oil filter housing. Tap to 1/8" NPT.
Fit the 1/8" NPT to AN-6 adapter. Measure AN-6 line from the oil filter
bracket to the turbo oil inlet. Cut braided hose to length. Fit the 120
degree and 90 degree hose ends to the cut hose. Connect the 120 degree end
to the adapter at the oil filter bracket. Twist on the second 1/8" to AN-6
adapter to the turbo oil inlet. Connect the 90 degree hose end to the
adapter on the turbo oil inlet.
Oil Drain Line:
Turbonetics 1/2" NPT Drain Flange - $13.00
1/2" NPT to AN-10 Adapter - $5.60
AN-10 Straight Hose End - $12.36
AN-10 Braided Hose - $10.10 per foot (1 Ft Needed)
AN-10 Straight Hose End - $12.36
1/2" NPT to AN-10 Adapter - $5.60
Turbonetics 1/2" NPT Drain Flange - $13.00
Remove old line completely. Fit a Turbonetics NPT drain flange to the turbo
with a new gasket and two bolts. Twist on the 1/2" NPT to AN-10 adapter.
Fit a Turbonetics NPT drain flange to the block with a new gasket and two
bolts. Twist on the 1/2" NPT to AN-10 adapter. Cut AN-10 braided hose to
length. Fit an AN-10 straight hose end to each end of the cut hose.
Connect each end to the adapters.
Coolant Feed Line:
AN-6 Braided Hose - $6.60 per foot
AN-6 90 Degree Hose End - $20.31
3/8" to AN-6 Adapter - $3.97
Undo hose clamp and remove old hose from block, expose barb fitting. Slip
on AN-6 braided hose and clamp in place. Run hose to turbo and mark needed
length, cut hose to length. Fit AN-60 90 degree hose end to cut hose at
turbo side. Fit 3/8" to AN-6 adapter into the turbo. Connect the hose end
to the adapter on the turbo.
Coolant Exit line:
AN-6 Braided Hose - $6.60 per foot
AN-6 45 Degree Hose End - $20.31
3/8" NPT to AN-6 Adapter - $3.97
Undo hose clamp and remove old from the barb fitting up front. Slip on AN-6
braided hose and clamp in place. Run hose to turbo and mark needed length,
cut hose to length. Fit AN-60 45 degree hose end to cut hose at turbo side.
Fit 3/8" to AN-6 adapter into the turbo. Connect the hose end to the
adapter on the turbo.
It seems like quite a procedure, but this is also an major upgrade over
the stock lines which use gaskets to seal up. The AN fittings never leak
and will never fail as gasket do in the stock setup.
As for calculating a quick cost. I estimate you will be safe ordering 6
to 8 foot of AN-6 line ($39.60 to $52.80) and 1 foot of AN-10 ($10.10) will
do just fine. All these prices are from AM Streetrod on Earl's Alu hose
ends and adapters and their best braided hose. I recommend all this
equipment highly over stock lines or cobbed up lines. The total I came up
with is $209.97 to $223.17 depending on how much AN-6 line you purchase.
This may seem expensive, but again I will say that this is a very useful
upgrade to the weeping failing stock oil and water lines.
