[s-cars] RE: Did you fix your car?

A few weeks after I purchased my s6 Avant (Jan, 01 w/140K on the odometer),
I thought for sure it needed a head gasket. The condensate cloud was much
bigger than I'd ever experienced. The car ran fine with none of the typical
head gasket symptoms. I talked to Chris Semple about it, and he advised
"don't be too quick to pull a 20V head". Since then I've modded the car a
lot, and just forgotten about the cloud -- it just went away. I don't know
if it was the change in weather, or pulling the stock turbo and installing
the rs2, but the "problem" is gone.

That's why I was thinking it might be a coolant leak into the exhaust side
of the turbo, if that's even possible.
