[s-cars] 7A cam, big injectors and emissions

Just an FYI, I went through Colorado emissions today - rolling dyno, etc.
Though in the end I failed; it was due to gas cap leakage, not engine
emissions.  The car didn't pass on the short test and required the full
4 minute test, but all the numbers (HC, CO, and NOx) were well within
the limits.

This is with a 7A cam, RS/2 size injectors, other assorted upgrades
and a matching chip.  I do have the stock exhaust installed (stromung
is just too loud) with cats in place.
