[s-cars] Boost problem solved, same problem as last time - - - HELP!

I agree with Fred that it's likely an install issue
causing the key breakage.
Another more remote possibility is that the vibration
damper on the pulley is damaged or worn, allowing
torsional vibrations to stress the key and eventually
break it.
