[s-cars] Exhaust banging - APR snub mount

Jeff and all:
Pipe's coming off tomorrow in favor of the straight
pipe. Maybe I'll take the heat shielding off, too, as
it may be hitting there, also. The noise isn't so much
a ticking as a loud vibration now and I'll keep you
guys posted.
