In case you missed it, yesterday gm anounced their newest prototype fuel cell
car called Hy-wire.  I think it's the most radical concept I've ever seen.
(which doesn't necessarily mean much:)  But from an engineering concept, IME,
 putting the whole engine + drive train below the passenger compartment
should make for a real low center of gravity and enable performance never
thought possible.  Total drive by wire; I'll keep an open mind.  Also "only"
4100 lbs.  I would imagine that this number will only go down from here.
