Brian,

You want more power, but you are up at altitude.

So you need to turn up the boost.

Unfortunatly, turning up the boost on the pea-shooter K24 at altitutde
quickly equates to running the unit outside of the effeciency island,
which in turn equates to heat generation and attendant issues.

So you need a bigger turbo.

A larger turbo has its own set of compromises (higher boost threshold,
etc..).

Welcome to the world of a complicated (our altitude) compromise (small,
multi valve, turbocharged powerplant). You want more power, you need
more boost, then you should have a larger turbo. I would have loved to
extract the power levels I require out of a K24 equipped AAN, but it
just isn't going to happen.
