I think this is adjustable with the existing retaining bolts that hold
the hinges on. However, which one to move would be best determined by
reviewing the Bentley, assuming it actually gives real directions,
instead of the usual memory hints for factory-trained mechanics.
Ideally, the door should be held in a support, but you may be able to
get away with blocking it from below. On my 90qs, the hinge bolts
require a special 90-degree wrench. I've never looked at my S6 door
hinges close enough to determine if this is also true for them.
