Why does the Ozzy Osborne episode where he's throwing rocks through the neighbors window cause they are playing loud music and sipping cocktails late into the evening keep popping into my head?

Being a neubie to one of these festivals and since it is very soon upon
us, I am wondering.....well,  uhmmm
1.  Do I need to bring any tools?
2.  Will there be enough brew available?
3.  What do you wear?  Speedo, Hawaiian shirt, alligator sandals?
4.  Is it too late to invite the Brazillian womens soccer team?
5.  Will there be lifeguards at the pool?
6.. Will there be a deck around the pool?
7.  Will there be some sort of "life of the party" award?
8.  Should there be a special section set aside for the CO "S" Car
mafia?
9.  Will Bob Pastore show up with a car  soo far beyond rs2, that it
walks and runs on water?
10.  Is this just some elaborate scheme by Paul to show the
neighborhood. "Yeah, see I gots friends!" ?
11.  And finally, is this event big enough to have personal interviews
with CNN's Daryn Kagan?
