[s-cars] What are the UrS4 Xenon Bulbs or something like that on eBay? (my question for today...)

I was looking at things for Audi cars in eBay, and kept seeing over and over
(and over, and over, and over) these xenon bulbs for the UrS4. I had noticed
the other day when it was raining out that the car could use a little more
power in the headlight area, and wondered if these really worked. Does
nayone use them? Is something special required to use them?

Also, I saw the headlights on Charlie Smith's car when I visited him. He was
using that required some additional hardware, which are the Euro lights for
the UrS4 correct?

Just eating lunch and thinking cars...
