[s-cars] front strut assembly diagrams

Thanks for the diagrams and advice.

Today I took my car back to the shop, they still thought that it was a matter
of waiting for the struts and springs to settle. The mechanic said that
everything was installed correctly . Should I wait or can they remove the top
plate without removing the whole assambly. I will pick up the car in a few
hours and see what else they have to say.

How normal shold up and down movement of the inverted washer be?,
