[s-cars] Need AAN Flywheel freeplay help

Hello

When checking free play on my 94 S4 flywheel I find 2 stages of movement.
The first stage which is very easy to turn measures 12.5mm. The second stage
which is very viscous feeling with significant resistance is 25.5mm. As I
understand the acceptable tolerance to be 15mm I'm a bit confused. TIA
