[s-cars] clutch question, non-S

Gents-

Quick question...  a bud of mine, er, fried his clutch in his '97 A4 1.8t,
doing, well, donuts in a snowy field.  Yes, notice I said "bud" and not
"friend".

ANYway, anyone here got good info as to what clutch setup he should slap in.
He's hearing something about "Clutch Master".

Any suggestions appreciated, off list to save everyone the boredom.
