Tell the friends.  Have them all call in during the same day.  Tell them to
say that they are concerned about this (lack of) level of service and, "If
this is the normal way things are handled?".  And that if it is, they
"might have to take their business elsewhere and let their friends in the
market for a new car know that they don't stand behind their work, etc..."

And also call the TV station, but make sure they a> don't advertise on that
channel and b> the owner isn't married to the station manager's sister or
something like that.
