Most any powdercoating outfit worth their salt (that does automotive
stuff) will be able to do it for you.

I choose a Dupont stock color (much cheaper). They have two. Not the
Safety Yellow (too green), but _____ Yellow (the other one, I forget the
name). It's perfect, and I far prefer it over the yellow that Porsche
uses for their calipers.

FWIW, Cardinal Powdercoating RD-03 is a great match for Porsche red for
those looking to do their rear calipers.
