[s-cars] codes

The only input I have is that you will get the 00513 code if the engine is
NOT running when pulling the codes. Ignore it under these circumstances. By
the way, my car got a new sensor, before I found this out. This was from a
shop pulling codes for me. That was before I was  educated by Bentley and
this list.
