When you find the relay that works for you, post the part number.  It
would be nice to have another way to fix this problem.  The fix I used
was to install a under hood light.  The light is tapped onto the high
beam power so it is only on when the high beams are on.  Once you turn
the high beams off (and they stay on) this new underhood light draws
enough power to turn off the high beams and the new light at the same
time.  I actually used a $2.00 license plate light that had a little
shield on it.  You don't even notice the new small light under the hood
as it is only on while the high beams are on.

It was a quick and cheap fix so I could get the car back on the road and
use my high beams, but if you post a part number for a new relay that
will accomplish the same thing, that would be great.
