[s-cars] fuel smell & the dealer Fixed it?

What about this recall in Canada, I have a 93 (ok 92) S4. How do I find out
if this recall has been done ?
If it hasn't, do I just got to the local stealer / HACK, and have them do
it.
Or is there some arm twisting to be done ?
