[s-cars] Need Suggestions for CD Player

1995 S6 Sedan

My car has the stock (wide) Bose stereo with a cassette player only....NO CD
changer in the trunk. I want to be able to listen to CD's. I am open to any
and all ideas but my ideal would be a new radio head with a single CD in the
dash. I have been told there is not a unit that will fit the dash without a
face plate filler and that the amplifier and speakers might not
work.....what's the real skinny?
