Bob:

You were supposed to call me when you got near ECS -- I'd have run out to say
hello!

When I read Paul's message this morning, I resisted the urge to respond with
a quick note defending ECS because I knew they'd make it right. I've been a
customer and friend of theirs for 17 years now, and I've never had anything
but the highest respect for them as people and as businessmen. They've
certainly gone out of the way for me a bunch of times -- just a first-class
deal all the way. It is truly great that a guy like me, who is an
unabashedly lousy wrench, has folks so good so close (10 miles from my
house).

And I, too, have driven the ttS4 Bob mentioned. It's a hoot!
