[s-cars] power steering 'feel'...

OK, this one's tough to describe...

For lack of better description, I can FEEL but not HEAR something in my
power steering, via my palms, as transmitted through the wheel (both pre and
post suspension install, FWIW).  It feels as if it's got a slight 'metallic
whir' to it, just off center, and more when I twitch right than when I
twitch left.  It is a similar but DRASTICALLY reduced feel of driving a car
with a low PS reservoir.  PS level is fine, no other symptoms whatsoever,
leaks, etc., 91k.

I've been meaning to do the infamous fluid-flush I've seen posted so many
times (yay for me).  But was wondering if I've got something 'else' going on
down there (shivvvvERRRRRRRrrr...)?
