[s-cars] Plumbing for boost gauge

Interesting.  I just found a bar graph-type A/F meter which looks,
according to the spec sheet, like it will fit almost perfectly in that
spot.  See it at: http://splitsec.com/  Click on products and then air/fuel
gauges.

It ain't exactly cheap but it appears almost a perfect fit for that spot in
the IC.
