The quick and easy test to see if it's the front wheels is to move the front
to the rear and vice versa.  One caveat is that if you hit a bad pothole on
the left front, for instance, it's quite possible you hit it again with the
left rear :-(. OTOH, if this cures the problem, then it might be as simple
as balancing.  Otherwise, possible warped rotors.
