I can second Ray Tomlinson's evaluation of the BPV from Stratmosphere.

Although my original Bailey may have been slowly failing, I can say that bo=
ost appears to build faster and more authoritatively, and there is a BIG di=
fference in how quickly the car pulls hard again after each shift.

It's like there is almost no dropoff and building back up in boost. The boo=
st gauge certainly drops off and comes back up, but the pull of the car com=
es on much quicker after each shift, kind of making it feel like the gear r=
atios are closer together.

At $149, it's not cheap, and granted my eval is unscientific since my old B=
PV may have been failing, but I know that I was always complaining about la=
g, especially after shifting, and now that is gone. And I was complaining e=
ven when the old Bailey BPV was new.

I asked for and had installed the "blue" spring, which is firmer and suppos=
edly does a better job of keeping the boost up. Yay!
