[s-cars] Water Injection

I guess I'm mixing terms, using "water injection" to explain that I just
want to use water to get the intake temps down.

So question I'm wrestling with is do I go with water spray on the
intercooler (safe, easy to install, but not as much of a reduction in
temperature), or in the intake tract (more complicated install, potential
problems that Kirby outlines).

If intake, I am thinking after the intercooler to avoid condensation, and
would need to use high pressure pump and good misting nozzle to make sure no
un-atomized water is getting sucked into the intake combustion process.
