[s-cars] Servotronic Relay

The Servotronic relay on the '95 S6 is in the underhood relay box, on the
left side of the cowl area.  It is relay number 16, which I believe is the
3rd spot from the front on the left bank of relays.  The relay is I believe
labeled 362 on top.  This is all from memory and it's a bit early in the
morning, so just check the label on the inside of the relay box cover to be
sure.  The relay itself will also be labeled Servotronic somewhere on its
side.
