[s-cars] Shift knob

I've had three Land Cruisers, 1994, 1996, and 1997, and thought they were a
pretty solid compromise of on-road comfort, off road capability, and build
quality and reliability.
I owned a 1996 Tahoe, which was a sloppy joke compared to the Cruiser. I've
been in Hummer H1's and an H2, and the H1s are a show off piece unless you
are in the military, and the H2 is a Tahoe with better off-road capability
and a cooler looking body.
I like Range Rovers, but spotty quality is too risky for me.
