Hey all--
Are we talking the same calipers here? I see reference to 993 (Paul F) and
993tt (Matt, Igor) calipers.
The 993 caliper sits lower radially than the 993tt caliper--that is,
mounted on the same bracket, you must fit a smaller diameter rotor under
the 993 caliper vs. the 993tt caliper. Also means you need longer bolts
for the 993tt caliper. So I can see where Paul would use spacers between
the caliper and the bracket, but not between the bracket and the hub carrier.
