The 323x30 and the 314x30 (and the S8 345x30) are all dimensionally,
save for diameter, identical.

Paul were you using 993tt or standard carrera calipers?

For the RS2 the same bracket was used for the 304x32 as well as the
322x32 rotors. The different calipers made up for the difference in
diameters.

This being said, you may (not should, that is a different argument) be
able to mate the 993 Carrera (non-turbo) calipers to the 314 x 30 rotors
with the RS2 brackets if you spaced the calipers out radially by 5.0mm
(along with a 5.0mm longer caliper mounting bolt). I forget the
thickness of the 993C rotor, but you get the point. You would also need
to test fit to determine offset requirements with the narrower 993C
calipers.
