[s-cars] Printing from the Family Album USA

I don't recall if I have tried printing from the US FA
(EPC), but I have not had any problems printing from
Euro ETKA.  I have used both an HP laser printer and a
Xerox laser printer.  All I have to do is hit the
continue button on the printer because it's looking for
A4 paper.  I remember screwing around with the .ini
files but I don't think it made a difference for me.  I
will check my printer settings tonight when I get home
and let you know.
