[s-cars] No A/C, no wipers, and finally, no start

I just sent a separate message to George explaining my problem which
is very similar to his. Same symptoms. I did replace my ignition
switch and the plastics on the switch were cracked. However, my
car still will not turn over. I have a 95.5 S6 Avant.

The two failures are probably completely unrelated, but I thought
I'd share my data point.
