Morning All-

More specifically, morning all NE'ers!  Sorry to expose the rest of you
further-outers to bandwidth, but I need to provide a blanket update for the
rest.  Hey, the S nat's in MINNESOTA would be fantastic, but it's just to
far for me / us, so we gots to do our own thang, a'ighhht?

SSSsssssoooooooo...

...it's OFFICIAL!  Mission Control has issued clearance for me to host this
summer's northeast S Fest!!! After much deliberation, I am now officially
establishing the date as Saturday 8/24, say like noon to whenever.  I've
received feedback from many of you that late August was to work best to pull
this off, and it worked best for me and the wife as well.  My sincerest
apologies to those few who it may NOT end up working for, but I hope you
might still fit it in.

Now, in support of Tom's wife-dilemma, let's conjure up a name that will
help other poor bastards like Tom and I gain the much needed yet sometimes
elusive 'get out of jail free card' to be able to join us.  C'mon now, I
dare you to come up with something funny.  She's a sharp one though Tom,
she's on to your scent about excuses to drink beer while working on cars!???
Beware!

Anyway, talk amongst yourselves, etc.  Keep an eye out, I 'should' be
posting the final invitations on the list sometime this week, and will
include all the contact info, details, directions, etc.  From the initial
responses I've had in the 1st week, I'd say we're nearing 20-30!  Wow.  I
dare that many of you whimps to show up, heh heh...
