[s-cars] all around good replacement tires for 2000 S4

I was racing my friend who had a 2000 GTI VR6 through a some S curves, and
the rear end broke loose quite abruptly. Of course I am used to AWD, so I am
sure that the RWD (And a V8) is part of my problem, but judging by how my S6
performes with the SO3's I think the  E420 would have broken loose in a more
predictable fashion with SO3's on it. The Pilot Sports seem to have traction
or not, nothing inbetween...
