For those of you that either aren't FATHERS themselves or don't have
fathers. I'd be there, but father's day and all. Oh well...

-- Boston Chapter Event Bulletin for June 7, 2002 --

On Sunday, June 16, the Museum of Transportation at Larz Anderson park in
Brookline will be hosting its 6th Annual German Car Day

All German Makes are welcome to attend such as BMW, Mercedes, Opel, VW,
Audi and Porsche. Last year there were over 130 cars entered and over 1000
people attended.

Trophies were awarded to the two best cars in each marquee based on a
"people's choice" type ballet. German food was available, a raffle, and of
course, entry to the museum was included in the price of admission.

Registration will start at 9 am at the gate. The cost of registration is
$10 per car, which includes entry to the event and admission to the Museum
for both driver and passenger or, $5 per person general admission. The
Museum is a great place for an event like this, so clean the Bimmer, load
the family, bring a picnic, and enjoy the day.

Any questions either contact Derek DeSousa desousa at boston-bmwcca.org or
