Chris,
As I stated before, it is my opinion and impression that
both Lehmann and IA software provide a better upgrade than
MTM for _just_ getting a chipset.
Have you contacted a Lehmann reseller (such as Anderson)
to see what they can offer?
I do not have dyno runs or that type of empirical data,
this is all subjective, but having driven an MTM chipped
car vs. Lehmann, the Lehmann is much better.
I have a Lehmann chipset in my car and am very happy with it-
no running lean, no pinging, no noticeable humps in the power
curve.
I'm not trying to criticize your decision, just giving you some
input in that MTM may not be the best choice.
Taka

Taka,
I am not set on getting any particular software.
When I approached the companies that offer this
upgrade, Ned backed out saying he would save his
upgrades for the Stage4, and informed me he was trying
to complete an Audi 200 group purchase. After talking
with the companies, Hoppen MTM offered a price. I took
this information to the list, and here we are.
If you have specific knowledge about these upgrades,
please provide the data as well as your opinon to the
list. It is up to the members to decide what they
want, not me. I would like to learn what you know
(fact, what you have heard (rumor) and if you have
experiences with different software what it was.
Thanks for all your input
Chris
