[s-cars] NE //S Fest update 6/20 & S-CAR Nationals

WOW...  I'd say that is a start.  If I weren't already tied into a contract with
a hotel and race track in MN I would almost move the Nationals out there.

So far, interest in attending the S-Car Nationals in Minneapolis seems to be
pretty pathetic.  (At least as far as the actual registrations are concerned)
If things don't pick up soon I have a feeling I'm going to be stuck with a whole
lot of hotel rooms.   Ouch.

For the amount of work and level of financial risk involved (10k or so), I'm
wondering if maybe the S-CAR Nationals should be held every two years instead.
Or maybe just axe it all together in favor of smaller regional gatherings?
