[s-cars] Caliper Mounting Bolt Torques

My new rotors should be here today:)  Looking through Senor Bentley last
night, the brakes pictures (A6/100 and S4/S6) do not really resemble mine.
So, I'm a bit perplexed about the tightening torques for the caliper
mounting bolts for both front and rear.  Can anybody straighten me out?  The
patient is a 95.5 S6 with stock brake setup.
