Okay okay ! it's going... ;-) Time has come to get this puppy in motion !!!

I talked to Samco this morning and we are still on ! A few shipping details
I was unaware of until now but I'll sort that out...I'll send a separate
e-mail to all the members listing more details.

First, Delivery:

I talked to Samco, and for our order it will take 6 weeks to fabricate the
hoses, you will all get the colors you want, and with the rings for the
lower intercooler hoses for increased strength. Now if I estimate correctly
and give everyone 2 weeks to get me the cash, plus about 1 week delivery to
the US, then another few days to you (lets say 1 week). Total should be
about 10 weeks, so we should all get our hoses mid August, enough time for
some increased summer Boost!. I would have preferred sooner, but "say la
vie"...

Second, Prices:

Full kit will cost $250 US, shipped to your door (no other charges).

Cost for Individual hoses shipped to your door (no other charges):
TB735 & TB736 (turbo to crossover pipe with spout) $95 US
TB653 (crossover pipe to intercooler) $70 US
TB652 (intercooler to throttle body) $98 US

* I may be a little off on the individual prices, I need to double check my
math, but I think that's pretty close.

Note: These are substantial savings when compared to other prices out there,
but I will preface this by saying this is only happing because we have a GP
going with lots of members. I was going to post to the list Samco's prices
and the whole breakdown of other costs but I will not do this out of respect
for some of the tuners that are members of this list and do offer these
kits. I always thought they where over priced, but now that I've done the
math, when you send a single full kit directly from Samco it's a lot more
than this, plus they are in business to make a profit.

Please e-mail me off list, unless you have comments for the group.

I'll send another e-mail about the Clamps, and other hoses.

Cheers, /Jamu.

	Evening listers-

Hmm... curious to know how that Samco GP is going. Reason I ask?
Gee, lucky
me, blew out my turbo outlet hose this evening @ just about 90k on
the nose
(turbo down to crossover pipe). Yay. A feeble attempt was made to
wrap it
in duct tape and heat gun it to, alas no result.

Anyway, I was one of the respondents to the GP inquiry, now I'm sort
of in
the need of a fix. Any thoughts as to a timeframe I might be
facing? Any
idea of how much it was going to run us? I know you've been
attempting to
pinpoint this and appreciate all your effort to date. I'm just
determining
what I should do; do I search for and buy a used hose knowing the
Samco's are
coming? Do I bite the bullet and buy the Samco's myself (reason I
was asking
what price you'd be getting so I could compare how my source would
fare)? I
'think' he gets like 20% off @ ECS, for reference.

	Help!

OK, it's late, and I'm growing desperate! Argh.

The car runs fine until I hit 10 psi, then it starts an audible
external
'whoosh' and power is weakened until 15 psi, then the whoosh is loud
and it
gives up. Knowing this, would it be bad to drive it and baby it
like this
(not get into hard boost, it seems to run normal)? Or am I
definitely
	damaging things?

Anyway, thanks for your time, I appreciate any feedback you / others
may have.
