That's great news to hear the GP is going through. I too, have a small tear
in my lower hose as of a couple weeks ago. It sounded kinda cool with little
loss of boost but I figured it was not doing me any good, so I cleaned it,
glued it with super glue and taped it. It worked great, for about 6 pulls at
WOT. Now it's as bad as before, but no longer sounds kinda cool.  The sound
of the air rushing through torn tape is even more attention-getting, but I
don't like the looks I'm getting.  I'll be very anxious for a new hose. Does
anyone else have a spare used hose I can borrow/buy cheap until the GP
arrives?
