[s-cars] 93 urS4: my bumper fell off

Kirby---thanks for the input.

It appears that the clip on the passenger side is broken----the bottom
portion is missing. Driver side is all there and is now "snapped" into
place.

So it looks like I have to go get me a new clip (or guide, I think it is
called) for the passenger side. I assume that once the belly pan is off, I
can get up there with a shorty screwdriver to remove and replace. Or do I
have to get the bumper all the way off in order to replace this part?

It's a snap!  :)  Get the bottom hooked into the retainer, and then push
or pull on the top until it snaps in.  You really need to look at the
parts to see how they go together, but it is a matter of forcing it.
Note that if it doesn't stay in, you may need to tie a wire to the top
rear and connect it to a trim screw.
