[s-cars] 93 urS4: my bumper fell off

The bumper has to be at least fairly loose with the sides drooping. You
may have to remove it. You will need a long ?? mm Allen wrench to
remove the bumper rail connection to the bumper shocks. More difficult
is re-installation. I use a few cardboard boxes for initial support,
and tape the shocks so they won't turn. The sides don't have to be
perfectly aligned for the front to be attached and bolts put in, but
have to be close.
