There is no way that a Euro C4 chasis bumper fits (properly) onto a
North American C4 Chasis car w/o: removing the intermediate trim piece
and  without swapping the NA mounts for ROW units. In doing this, your
NA car will lose the 5 ph bumpers, and will also lose ~3.5 inches for
each end you do this on.

The NA and ROW bumper caps are different. This is easily verified via US
and Euro FAs. They are shaped differently and the NA units sit further
away from the body (hence the intermediate trim pieces and the different
mounts).
