Extra Virgin is the oil from the first pressing, sometimes done between air
bladders so as to gently persuade the oil out of the olives.
After that, all bets are off...it's just olive oil. Put 'em through a
twin-screw pulverizer and extract the oil from the resulting goo and caveat
emptor, baby. Light, pure, dolce, it's all Marketing Fluff at this point!

Heh. After talking to Franco a bit ago, he told me there is only
Olive Oil, and Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The EV is more purified
I think.
Other descriptions beyond that are probably Marketing Fluff (MF).
Don't know about his daughter though ...

I don't know about that stuff. Is it a laxative or something?
Probably need to sample some with someone that can tell me what it is ...
However, Mozzarella di Bufala with Russian black bread needs to be tried
I've never tried sweetening espresso with vodka as Igor was rambling.
I have had espresso in one hand and a good Grappa in the other though.
That should count :-)
