[s-cars] Toluene, Race Gas, Water Injection, etc

I looked at the intelligent auto spray, and the spray triggers were well
designed, and all in all it was a nice system.

However, the intake temp reductions were exponentially greater with water
injection aft of the intercooler as compared to spraying on the intercooler.
It was more money, but seemed to me at least to be a better performance
tradeoff.

The toluene spray idea is pretty much what you get with a good Aquamist
atomizing nozzle and using 50% methanol in the water injection.

I'm also considering hooking up two extra nozzles to mist the brake rotors
for summer track events (not using methanol of course!).
