[s-cars] MFTS Replaced Tools and Procedure Enclosed

In fact, the two designs should give the same reading. On my 90Q20V, I
switched from the active (4 prongs) to the passive (3 prongs) MFTS and
kept exactly the same reading: too low :( but it was the same "too low"
:P

I did change to the 3 prong also. The MFTS had been acting up ever since
I bought the car so I didn't really have a properly functioning guage to
compare it to. My t-stat was also bad so it's hard to tell. I suppose it
would read somewhat  differently though as it is a totally dfferent
design. It doesn't have a +12v power source going to it IIRC.
