[s-cars] "C"- pillar boost gauge

I don't know about you, but I have an "A" pillar gauge pod,
I don't care if my passengers can see the boost or not. :-)

The "C" pillar gauges are for those same people who put TVs
in the rear seat headrests for the people driving behind them.
