hey Brian and Randy-

Mine is intermittent as well, or doesn't work at all.  Never seems to be
consistant.  I'd listen for the sound of the relay clicking if It happens to
work again...

Swapping out those 2 vacuum sensors is on my list of things to do, as I
saved your post from several months ago, Brian.

However, has anyone thought about the actual switch?  I've looked more times
than I can count at the entire lane-charging/high beam stock, and have yet
to figure out how to get the stupid thing apart to check and see if the
contacts of the switch are all gummed up.

Because that's how mine tends to operate... If I wiggle the switch between
"resume" and the button for "set", it sometimes works...
Or , this could simply be a case of Bad Audi God Karma...

Thoughts, anyone? is it possible to take that switch out easily, or does the
whole thing get replaced as a unit, in which case I'll replace the vaccuum
switches first...

BTW - make sure to check the fuse...
