[s-cars] Leaking washer reservoir

Mine was leaking too a few weeks ago.  I took it out and cleaned it up
really well.  Then I sealed up the crack on the undersideof the bottle with
Goop brand adhesive/sealant from Home Depot.  IT seems to hold.  Not much
hold on to polyethylene which is what this bottle is made of.  I don't know
how long it is going to last though.  It has been about a week so far.

My T-fitting was fine.
