Keith, your right. My old 1987 944 8v'er with my "Carrera Cup" style air
filter and even stock exhaust sounded down right brutish. Very tough and
bullish for a 4 banger. The Porsche 944/951/968 engine runs and sounds like
a jewel. Nicest 4cyl sound to my ears. I could only imagine your 968 Club
Sport with the 11.0:1 ratio 3.0 litre and sport pipe would be glorious. That
has vario-cam timing correct? At least I know first hand how your 968CS
steering wheel feels - I've got one mounted to my 1984 ur-quattro! Nice.

Thompson, Keith, et al-

If you reeeeeeeeeeely wanna hear a beochin soundin 4 banger, saddle up in a
190E 2.3-16. Stock. Well, stock with factory Cosworth head, tubular
headers, etc.

OHHHHHHHH BABY!!!!!!! You *will* giggle. Repeatedly. I sh*t you not.
1983 technology was to the point of where the ricers, et al are looking to
get to with their intakes / exhausts 20 years later.
