[s-cars] Door Moldings

I am getting ready to have my car repainted, and I have a door molding that
is scraped, and the rest are not as "shiny" as I would like. These are pre
painted from the dealer, right? How much do they usually cost, and has
anyone tried to repaint the moldings?
